Today’s Q & A is with Jason, an Inside Sales Consultant with Wondracek Realty Group, an indie real estate brokerage located in Greer, SC.
Q: How did you get your start in real estate?
A: I first started with The Haro Group in 2015. I'd gone to college with several of the folks there and they had a spot open for me. I learned a ton about business, real estate, and mindset from these long-time friends.
Q: What do you like the most about being the Wondracek Realty Group's Inside Sales Consultant?
A: This one's easy. It's the team atmosphere and culture. In a high-stress industry and a hot market, Wondracek Realty Group provides a great balance of structure, professionalism, and support.
Q: What do you like to do for fun?
A: I love to be with my family, play music at my church, read, and watch all manner of Pittsburgh sports. We also watch Georgia football because my wife grew up there.
Q: Best advice you have ever received?
A: Come from curiosity. Always assume the best about every person and situation. A close second would be "You have 2 ears & 1 mouth. Listen twice as much as you speak."
Q: Best book you ever read?
A: Aside from the Bible, I'd say "The Trust Edge" by David Horsager. Trust is the foundation of any relationship, whether good or bad. Additionally, it's the true currency of business. Without trust, no one is doing business together.
