It is true that there are many buyers that are right now sitting at their computers dressed in their pjs looking at homes on the internet. In the past, a real estate company would print one picture of a home in the Sunday newspaper. The buyer would either go drive by the property or just call the agent's phone number to see the home. Today not only can the buyers see one picture of the home but also the virtual tour, up to 25 professional pictures, county records, sales history, estimate values and much more. Technology has made finding your next dream home so much easier than ever before. The buyer has the ability to narrow down their search before ever contacting an agent to show them the homes. Agents used to show many more homes before the buyer knew what they liked but now the buyers know what they like or do not like before ever getting into a car. This is wonderful for the buyer and for the agent. Viewing homes can be exhausting for everyone especially when the buyer(s) don't have a clue what the homes have to offer inside. Technology is making home searching more fun and less stressful. The listings can be sent to other friends and family members to get their opinions no matter where they are located. Google Maps http://maps.google.com has made seeing the home and location possible. Those late night home searches in pjs have changed the housing market for the better. Do you agree?
